Two Backland Houses

We have submitted proposals for two semi detached houses on a site in North London. The scheme replaces a series of storage units on a backland site accessed via a private road.

The massing steps away from the site boundary to mimic the neighbouring houses and gardens, a stepped overhanging first floor encloses a car port and entrance porch.
